Replacement CDs
Defective or Broken CDs
To replace a defective or broken CD for MenuPro (8 or 9) or
ScheduleWriter 2, simply mail the CD back to us and we
will mail you a replacement at no charge. Please include your name and
return address.
We cannot replace earlier versions of our products because we no longer
manufacture those products.
Lost CDs
We will replace a lost CD for a nominal charge for MenuPro (8 or 9) or
ScheduleWriter 2, provided that we can verify your original purchase.
Please note, however, that your replacement CD will 'not' contain a product License
Number. The product License Number you received when you originally
purchased the product is your proof of license and cannot be replaced.
