To create a schedule you just click an employee and drag and drop them over to the day's schedule on the screen. If the employee is not available for that time or day, or there is a position conflict, ScheduleWriter lets you know.

Once you're done, you can print professional schedules for individuals or your entire staff. You can even create PDF schedules to email to employees or to post on the web for easier employee access.
