Download Information
You can skip the shipping by choosing the Download option when you purchase any of our products. Downloading SoftCafe products has several advantages:
- Save money - you don't pay shipping and handling fees.
- Get started immediately - you can order 24/7 and download within minutes of placing your order.
- Be on the latest version - you get the same program as the CD without having to wait for the mail.
- No disc drive? No problems - easy installation on Netbooks or PCs with no CD/DVD drive.
- Feel secure - if you buy a new PC or your hard drive crashes, you can download again at no charge.
- It's Green - You'll save the packaging material and energy it takes to deliver the product.
If you choose the Download option at checkout, directly after completing your purchase you'll receive an email that includes your product license number and your download link. Simply follow the link to download your software. You can download an electronic copy of your product's user guide as well.
CD Boxed Product Delivery Information
We ship our boxed products via UPS to any location in the continental US. There are few important details to note when ordering from SoftCafe, however:
- We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
- We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery service.
- All orders ship same day or within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays, but same-day order processing and shipping is not guaranteed.
- When calculating estimated Ground delivery times, keep in mind our products ship from our warehouse in Chicago, not Maryland.
