You can skip the shipping by choosing the 'Download'
option when you purchase any of our products.
Downloading SoftCafe products has several advantages:
- Save money - you don't pay shipping and handling fees.
- Get started immediately - you can order 24/7 and download
within minutes of placing your order.
- Be on the latest version - you get the same program as the CD
without having to wait for the mail.
- No disc drive? No problems - easy installation on Netbooks
or PCs with no CD/DVD drive.
- Feel secure - if you buy a new PC or your hard drive
crashes, you can download again at no charge.
- It's Green - You'll save the packaging material and energy
it takes to deliver the product.
If you choose the Download option at checkout, directly
after completing your purchase you'll receive an email that
includes your product license
number and your download link. Simply follow the link to download
your software. You can download
an electronic copy of your product's user guide as well.
CD Boxed Product Delivery Information
We provide a variety of shipping options to virtually any location
in the world. There are few important details to note when ordering
from SoftCafe, however:
- We cannot ship to a Post Office Box
- We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday
delivery service.
- The cut off time for same-day shipping is 4:00 PM
Eastern Time, US.
USA (Domestic Customers)
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment and the rates will
appear as part of the ordering process next to the delivery method.
The following shipping options are available:
- Ground (delivery within 3-5 business days)
- Second Day Air
- Overnight (Orders received after 4:00 PM Eastern do not ship
until the following business day)
Please note we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery
service.
Items destined for a domestic address will be delivered by
UPS and will include
tracking information sent to your email address.
International Customers
CANADA Items destined for a Canadian address will be delivered
by
USPS Express International
and will usually arrive within 3-5 business days or less to most destinations. We charge a single flat
fee for each shipment, and the rate will appear as part of the ordering
process. Custom fees and import duties may also be required at time of
delivery.
