Upgrades are identical to the full version CD products, except they
require a previous version CD during installation to validate
eligibility.
If you wish to receive a full version boxed product (which includes a

Upgrade Eligibility
To qualify for the MenuPro 8 Upgrade you must own one of the following
CD's:

- MenuPro 6.0 CD or MenuPro 6.0 Upgrade CD
- MenuPro 7.0 CD or MenuPro 7.0 Plus! CD or MenuPro 7.0 Upgrade

To qualify for the ScheduleWriter 2 Upgrade you must own the following
CD:
If you do not have one of the CD's listed above, you will not be able to
install the upgrade (the upgrade will not install without the previous
version CD in your CD drive).
How does the Download work?
After completing your purchase you will receive an email that includes:

Download Link and a License Number. |
You can download the Upgrade product by clicking
the link and then following the instructions on the download page. Once the
download is complete, you can install the upgrade by simply
double-clicking the downloaded file while your previous version CD
is in your CD drive.
Once you install and run the program, it will instruct you on how to activate
your product using your license
number.
Why is a previous version CD required?
Requiring the CD during installation protects us from software
counterfeiting in cases where our software is installed on a computer but the user does not own the CD since
they did not purchase it.
Additionally, some of our previous versions will not install on Vista so we
cannot verify ownership on Vista without the actual CD during installation.
My version of MenuPro won't install/work on Vista. Will the Upgrade still
work?
Yes. Even though the previous versions of MenuPro will not install or work
properly on Vista, the upgrade will work and it will still be able to use
the previous CD to verify eligibility.
Does the Upgrade come with a CD or User Guide?
No, but you will
receive a link via email where you can download the complete User Guide as a PDF file.
You can then print the entire guide or view it on your computer.

How long will the Download take?
It is difficult to determine the exact amount of time it will take to
download the product because many factors can affect
download speed, such as connection type and network traffic. However, you
