Why do I need a web site?
To increase your revenue and keep up with the competition. Diners are becoming increasingly sophisticated about using the Internet. They're interested in your menu, your reviews, and particularly your daily and nightly specials. Without a Web site, you'll miss an opportunity to grab a share of this increasing market.

Why should I use WebGuider?
Cost, ease-of-use, and it works with MenuPro.
Most web designers or web services charge an up-front setup/design fee of anywhere from $250 to $3000, plus a per-change fee every time you want to make a change or update your menu. Some even include monthly service fees. Making changes becomes costly and the turnaround is often slow. WebGuider, using customized restaurant web templates and MenuPro menus, delivers a fully designed restaurant Web Site that can be updated and maintained for free.

What's wrong with Web publishing programs?
Most require knowledge of HTML
and, even for the skilled user, they can be extremely confusing. With WebGuider you can create your web site in minutes without knowing the first thing about Web publishing.

What do I need to get started?
A computer with a connection to the Internet (to upload your site), SoftCafe MenuPro 8.0 (to create your menus) and a Web Hosting service to host your site (you can host your site for as little as $5.95/month and there are numerous companies to chose from).

How can I put my restaurant logo on my Web site?
Scan it at Kinko's
or any print shop and they will give you a logo file that you can then use with WebGuider. If you own a scanner you can do it yourself. Once you have the logo file adding it to your site is as simple as selecting the file while in WebGuider.

Do you offer technical support if I have a question after receiving my software?
Yes.

Is there a network version of WebGuider?
No. WebGuider has not been designed for simultaneous use by more than one user on a network. Doing so may corrupt the WebGuider data files and is a violation of the license agreement.
